How do I order from stagelighting.co.uk?

Ordering is easy - simply call us on 0844 800 3412 or Skype: usedlighting, e-mail us at sales@stagelighting.co.uk or fax your order to 0844 800 3413. From outside of the UK call +44 844 800 3412 or +44 20 8662 8018. Calls to our 'ContactCall' 0844 number are charged at up to 5 pence per minute from a BT landline and no revenue is generated from the cost of your call for Lighting Partners.  Alternatively you can use our online ordering system by clicking on the “add to cart button” and going through our online checkout.

Is your equipment under warranty?

Yes. We offer a year long return to base warranty on all items sold through stagelighting.co.uk. If problems arise just send the item back and we will sort it out - simple! We will cover the parts and labour costs, all you need to look after is getting to and from our service centre. Unwanted items attract a 25% restocking fee - contact us for details.

What is the availability of items on your site?

We hold the vast majority of items on our website in our warehouse, other items are available at short notice.

Can I collect rather than have an item sent?

Yes, collection is possible by prior arrangement from our warehouse in Croydon, South London.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are calculated for each individual order based on weight. The shipping total is clearly displayed on the online checkout before you complete your order. We aim to achieve a 24 Hour delivery service using both TNT and Royal Mail Special Delivery (restrictions apply - contact us for details). For TNT orders you will be emailed a tracking number to enable you to follow the progress of your order over the web. International shipments should be arranged by phone.

Do you include lamps with lanterns?

The majority of new lanterns do not come with lamps included unless stated otherwise on the website.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Maestro (Switch), VISA, MasterCard, Electron, Solo and VISA Delta or by cheque, cash or BACS.  Cheque payments must clear prior to shipping - please allow 7 days. International orders can only be paid for by international bank transfer.

I am buying on behalf of a school, can you deal with them?

We deal with many orders from schools and LEA's, please contact us for more details.
